Important: Account deletion is permanent. After verification, your profile, chats, media, status data, and account-related records may be deleted or anonymized according to our retention and legal requirements.

What Will Be Deleted

Your Chatsapp user profile, display name, about text, profile photo, and phone-linked account record.
Your message records, media references, status updates, presence records, and call metadata where technically possible.
Uploaded media such as profile photos, status media, chat images, audio, video, and documents where linked to your account.

Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests within 7 working days after ownership verification. Some backup, security, billing, abuse-prevention, or legal records may be retained for a limited period if required by law or operational security.
